  • How can I arrange my insurance company to cover for physiotherapy?
    ARK Physiotherapy is acknowledged by numerous leading insurance providers. Prior to initiating treatment, we need specific details from you: Your membership and policy numbers, along with the authorization code for your current treatment. Information regarding any excess applicable to your policy. The number of sessions your insurance has approved and their expiration date.
  • What mode of payments do we accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. We have flexibility to pay for your appointment prior to your session either via credit card or bank transfers.
  • What are our fees?

  • What happens at the initial treatment and how long do the sessions last?
    Your physiotherapist will attentively listen and assess your condition, crafting a personalized treatment and recovery strategy suited to your needs. Each session, typically lasting 60 minutes, will include hands-on therapy and/or a bespoke exercise program, depending on your particular issue.
  • Cancellation Policies
    Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel, so we can make the slot available to another patient. Note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee. For cancellations, contact our appointment line at 07407127440.
